Should you wish to know the approximate time for delivery of your appliance(s), please phone your nearest branch after 9.45am on the appointed day quoting your order number, and we shall be able to provide you with a three hour time slot within which we shall make your delivery. Alternatively, if you have supplied us with a mobile number, we will text the delivery time to you on the morning of the delivery.

Removal of an old appliance
Our delivery team is happy to offer this service free of charge provided the old appliance is:
Disconnected from the mains electricity and water supply
Free of all fixtures and fittings
Completely defrosted and emptied of all food, in the case of refrigeration products.
All appliances collected are disposed of in accordance with EU regulations.
